Are you a carer in need of some support? We are working with a number of organisations to support you and your loved ones.
Informal carers support
We are working together with our Care Coordinator to provide information and support to patients registered as an unpaid carer. Please see below a list of support services available in Portsmouth/England.
Portsmouth Carers Service
Portsmouth Carers Service provides support for carers (unpaid/informal) who care for someone living in postcodes PO1-PO6. We aim to offer a one-stop-shop for people looking after a family member, friend or neighbour and are continually working to improve our service and identify more carers.
HIVE
HIVE Portsmouth brings people together to build a happier, healthier and more connected city.
We do this by connecting and supporting individuals, charities and organisations from across the
city to identify, find solutions to, and respond innovatively to the
issues the people of Portsmouth are facing.
